How do I know if my rent is affordable?
Generally, spending less than about 30% of your income on housing is considered affordable, but everyone’s circumstances are different. You can also contact us to learn about our financial counseling. We help applicants improve their credit, if necessary, to meet the requirements for our homebuying program.
