Are you paying unaffordable rent in Bryan or College Station?

Maybe Habitat can help. Bryan/College Station Habitat for Humanity works with qualified families and individuals to build and purchase their own homes. (We sell 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, depending on your household size.) Please join us for an informational meeting about how to apply for a 0% interest, 30-year mortgage through the Habitat homebuyer program. To learn more about the process, contact us at or visit our homeownership page, where you can find program requirements, income guidelines, frequently asked questions, and other housing resources.

You must attend an informational before you can submit an application to our program. Our next informationals are:

How do I know if my rent is affordable?

Generally, spending less than about 30% of your income on housing is considered affordable, but everyone’s circumstances are different. You can also contact us to learn about our financial counseling. We help applicants improve their credit, if necessary, to meet the requirements for our homebuying program.
