Andy York | Executive Director

Prior to working for B/CS Habitat, Andy earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M.
Andy held various accounting jobs before working in operations in senior housing for 7 years. After this time, Andy felt called to make a career change and use his talents to further the mission of Habitat for Humanity in Bryan/College Station.
When he is not working to serve our community, Andy can be found serving with other organizations such as BUILD Command Team, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Workforce Solutions Brazos Valley, Bryan Noon Lions and Bryan Rotary. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, his two daughters and their family dogs.
Felipa Gutierrez | Director of Finance

Felipa joined the BCS Habitat team in January 2014 and has been instrumental in guiding each family through the homebuying application process. With an Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Felipa brings a strong foundation of knowledge to her role. Working closely with the Habitat for Humanity families is one of her favorite aspects of working for this organization.
In her new position as the Director of Finance, Felipa takes on the responsibility of ensuring the affiliate’s staff and billing are meticulously cared for and managed. She understands the importance of maintaining efficient operations to provide the best possible service to the families. Felipa’s dedication and attention to detail help facilitate a smooth process, allowing families to receive the support they need to achieve their homeownership dreams.
Whitney Coats | IT Specialist
Whitney joined BCS Habitat in August 2015 and brings experience from Peace Corps, US State Department, Brazos Charities, and ACME Glass. Additionally, Whitney graduated from Texas A&M’s George Bush School of Government and Public Service. As a Bryan native, she appreciates the opportunity to give back and help create a brighter future for families in our community.
With her extensive background and a passion for community service, Whitney plays a vital role in the development and implementation of BCS Habitat’s programs. Her dedication and knowledge help strengthen the organization’s mission of providing affordable homes and building strong communities.

Homebuyer Services
Mario Treviño | Director of Homebuyer Services

In the Spring of 2018, Mario began working with B/CS Habitat as a student worker while he finished his B.A. in Performance Studies at Texas A&M University. After graduating, he was invited to join our staff in August of 2018 as the Loan and Closings Coordinator. His hard work quickly earned him the title of Assistant Director of Property in 2019.
Mario believes that success is achieved through positively impacting the people around him, and aims to make others smile with each interaction. This has led Mario to work on obtaining ministerial credentials to be ordained as a pastor for his local church while he also creates music in his free time.
He is married his lovely wife and is the proud “dog-parent” of two adopted chihuahuas: Finley (9) and Caramela (4).
Charley Coats | Director of Government Relations & Advocacy

Charley earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his Master of Science in Political Science from the Bush School of Government and Public Service. He then pursued his passion for serving others by joining the Peace Corps and working for a nonprofit legal organization in the Republic of Georgia. Upon leaving the Peace Corps, Charley knew that he wanted to keep positively impacting the lives of those around him. This passion led him to join the B/CS Habitat staff in 2015 where he began working to serve local families in need.
Charley enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney, and their two children while building furniture and farming. He also volunteers with the Brazos Valley Coalition for the Homeless and serves as a Board Member with Texans for Housing.
Janice Moseley | Mortgage Escrow Specialist

Janice joined BCS Habitat for Humanity in April of 2013 because she has a passion for helping those in need and was determined to use her experience to accomplish this. This previous experience includes participating in Leadership Brazos, managing a retail branch for Bank of America and working as a loan officer.
With this impressive background, Janice plays an important part of B/CS Habitat homeownership program by working alongside our partner families to answer questions regarding mortgages, loans and escrow payments. Because of her hard work, dozens of families have gone on to be successful homeowners and are living happily in their homes.
Delia Rabadan | Homebuyer Program Manager

Delia came to B/CS Habitat for Humanity in 2019 after four years of working in the nonprofit sector. With her desire to serve others and her belief that everyone deserves to have a decent and affordable home, Delia began working with B/CS Habitat in the fall of 2019 as a Mortgage Servicing Coordinator. From there, her dedication to serving our families led her to become our Homebuyer Program Manager. Delia’s goal in this position is to build relationships with our families and equip them with the tools and opportunities to achieve their dreams of homeownership.
While she is not working to achieve her own goal, Delia enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and volunteering with Still Creek Ranch, where she serves as an ambassador.

In 2013, Carl was given that opportunity and joined the Habitat team to give local families the opportunity to transform their lives through homeownership.
Carl is also a proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie and, in 2019, Carl earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University after 23 years of study while working and raising a family.
In his free time, Carl enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. He can also be found serving his community through his time spent volunteering with the College Station Noon Lions and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

Aaron Shipp began his construction career while pursuing his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M. During this time, he began working at Bryan/College Station Habitat for Humanity to learn more about the field, and came to love the work that he did for others.
After his graduation, Aaron went to a Habitat affiliate in Midland, TX in order to learn different methods of building used by Habitat affiliates. With this experience, Aaron returned to the Bryan/College Station Habitat for Humanity in the fall of 2020 as the Director of Construction. Since then, Nathan has graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Business and is pursuing dual degrees for a Master of Science in Construction Management and Land & Property Development from Texas A&M University.
Nathan believes in living his life to influence, motivate, and empower others to succeed. He works with our families on a daily basis to build the foundations of their future, and he brings these values to all of his interactions with them.
When he is not working with our families, Nathan enjoys spending time with his children and pets, while also serving with various organizations such as Sleep in Heavenly Peace.

Before starting at B/CS Habitat, Lacey earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Sam Houston State University. After this, she worked for over a decade in management and spent five years working at a dog training and boarding facility.
Lacey comes from a family that has been a part of Bryan/College Station since 1870! The connection she has to our community inspired a passion to help those within it. In 2019, this passion led Lacey to bring her experience and servant’s heart to B/CS Habitat for Humanity, where she enjoys building relationships with our volunteers and homeowners.
When she is not at the office or on a construction site, Lacey loves to stay active by hiking, camping and playing kickball.
Chad Einkauf| Construction Superintendent
Meet Chad Einkauf, an experienced construction professional who initially worked alongside our construction crew as a volunteer! He joined our construction team in the Spring of 2022 when he learned that we were looking to expand our current team.
Chad’s chief responsibility is to make sure that habitat homes are built correctly, but he also ensures that the volunteers who come out to help on a construction site are safe and have a great experience working on a home. Chad loves the impact that his work has on the people he is serving and the relationships he has developed with Habitat families.
Max Brooks| Construction Manager
Max Brooks began working at B/CS Habitat after a long career in the construction field. He believes that he was called to serve a higher purpose through the work that he loves, and this calling led him to join the Habitat team in June of 2022 as our Construction Manager.
Max also believes in overcoming obstacles while learning from those experiences. This mindset has allowed him to further his expertise in the fields of commercial and residential construction as well as other related fields such as carpentry, framing, and flooring.
While he is building homes with our volunteers and homeowners, Max enjoys learning new things and teaching others what he knows about construction. Off of the construction site, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children.
