Faith in Action

Faith in Action is a powerful way for your congregation to put God’s love into action. Church members were instrumental in establishing Bryan/College Station Habitat for Humanity in 1989. Since then, they have blessed B/CS Habitat and dozens of partner families with prayer, financial support and volunteer labor.

Aggie Habitat

The Texas A&M Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter — known as Aggie Habitat — was established in 1995. Since then, A&M students have worked hard to raise awareness about the need for affordable housing in the Bryan/College Station community. They have also provided financial and volunteer support for dozens of Habitat partner families over the years. Gig ’em, Aggies!

Circle of Women

The Circle of Women was established in 2007 by a group of local women who wanted to form a social network that would support B/CS Habitat’s mission to address substandard housing in the community. As women, they understand that living in a place that is too expensive, dilapidated, overcrowded or located in an unsafe neighborhood threatens the health and well-being of those living there. Join this committed group of women who have provided funds and volunteer support for 15 partner families to date!

’89 Crew and Paint Crew

B/CS Habitat for Humanity builds homes year-round. Volunteers who join our ’89 Crew or Paint Crew help build or paint homes one to two days a week from Tuesday to Friday (based on availability). New additions are always welcome!

Corporate Challenge

B/CS Habitat for Humanity challenges local businesses to invest financial resources and volunteer labor into affordable homeownership opportunities for local low-income families. Supporting B/CS Habitat offers employees an excellent opportunity for team building while giving back to the community where they live and work. And working alongside our partner families is an inspirational experience. To learn how your business can take up the challenge, call Carl Orozco at (979) 823-7200, ext. 104, or click the button below.
