We had the pleasure of working with the City of Bryan’s Community Development office to make Paz Navarro and Arcelia Gamino’s home even more affordable for them. This week, this amazing couple officially became homeowners after closing on their new home on Cassib St. in Bryan. After years of hopes and prayers, their dream of owning their own home has finally come true. We want to thank the City of Bryan’s Office of Community Development for managing the generous down payment assistance provided to this family through the Community Development Block Grant. Through this program, their mortgage payments will be even more affordable for Paz and Arcelia, always a good thing when you have four young children and Christmas is fast-approaching! Congratulations to Paz and Arcelia!

The Navarro-Gamino home was generously sponsored by local businesses through the 2016 Corporate Challenge. To the sponsors, volunteers, partner families and everyone who worked so hard to help this family achieve homeownership, thank you!
