After months of hard work, Jose and Erika Garcia have completed their sweat equity hours and can move into their new Habitat home! The couple and their three children — daughters Liselle and Lylah and their son, Legend — couldn’t be more excited.

Building the Garcia’s home was possible because of generous grants from the Eugene Edge III Charitable Trust, the Nina Astin Winkler Charitable Trust, the Lucille and John B. Dougherty Trust, the Waldon H. and Adele Orr Charitable Trust, and the Nina Heard Astin Charitable Trust. The financial legacies of these philanthropists have blessed our community for many years, and we are deeply grateful to them.
