Submission Guidelines
Who Can Enter:
- Open to the general public—artists, students, creatives and anyone inspired by our mission to build homes, communities and hope in B/CS.
- Contestants under 18 may participate, but a parent or guardian must submit the design on their behalf.
Deadline:
All entries must be submitted by midnight on June 2, 2025.
Design Requirements:
- Designs must be original and created by the entrant.
- Designs must not contain profanity, logos, trademarks or any copyrighted content or have been previously published.
- Use any design software you’re comfortable with.
- Final files must be submitted as high-resolution PDFs (300 dpi recommended).
- The design should reflect the mission, spirit and community impact of Bryan/College Station Habitat for Humanity.
- Please incorporate our official brand colors (get brand color palette here).
- You may include the words:
“B/CS Habitat for Humanity” or an official B/CS Habitat Logo DOWNLOAD HERE. (Please Read: Designer’s Logo Usage Guide is in the folder with the logos. Please Read!) Logo assets are for use in your B/CS Habitat T-Shirt Design Contest submission only and may not be shared, altered or used for any other purpose.) - ***One more note about Logos: The white BCS Habitat logo file thumbnail images will look like there’s nothing there. That’s because the thumbnail image shows a white logo on a white background. Rest assured, when you place the white logo over a colored background, you’ll see it.***
- Your design will go on the back of the shirt.
Printing Notes:
- Designs should be suitable for Direct-to-Film t-shirt printing.
- All participants are required to sign a waiver (see “How to Submit” below) granting B/CS Habitat for Humanity permission to use the design for printing and promotional purposes.
