(March 15, 2013 – Bryan, TX)  B/CS Habitat for Humanity is proud to announce that the first Habitat homeowner in College Station paid of her mortgage last week.

Janice Williams and her three children moved into their home in February 1991.  The house was sponsored by Aggie Habitat and community donors.

Habitat homeowners buy their homes at cost, with a zero-interest 20-30 year mortgage furnished by Habitat.
