How to Join

If your church or faith group wants to learn more about or is interested in joining our Faith in Action Committee, please contact Development and Faith Relations Manager Erin Mabry at (979) 823-7200 x 105 or email her at emabry@habitatbcs.org.

You are also welcome to attend our monthly Faith in Action meetings. The meetings are held every third Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Habitat’s Education Building located at 119 Lake Street in Bryan, TX.

What does our committee do?

  • Review Applications: Help families as they fill out their applications for our Homebuyer Program on Intake Day!

  • House Visits: Visiting applicant homes to establish their need for the program.

  • Support: Committee members will support our families throughout the acceptance process and volunteer alongside our staff to make a positive change in our community.
