Largest subdivision completed!

Angels Gate Subdivision is Complete!

home builders blitzDuring the week of October 24th, the Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association and ten local builders partnered with the Juarez and Pedraza families to complete the Angels Gate subdivision located in west Bryan in dramatic fashion with our Builders Blitz event. These two homes bring the final total of the subdivision to 106 completed Habitat Homes. This is the largest subdivision we at BCS Habitat have ever completed. This year’s Builders Blitz built two homes for two families in just five days. We are so very grateful for this partnership and home sponsorship. This tremendous undertaking demonstrated that local businesses in Bryan and College Station truly have a heart to serve families in our community. Stylecraft Builders and University Title Co. continue to be generous sponsors who gave not only of their time, but financial resources as well to this build. The Juarez and Pedraza families moved into their brand-new, safe and affordable homes on October 28th after a dedication ceremony that was held at the end of a very busy week. We want to thank the following home builders for making this such a wonderful event, and especially for giving these two families a hand up out of substandard housing and a brighter future through affordable homeownership. To all the home builders and companies that donated material and labor, we say thank you.

Thank you to our Home Builders Blitz partners!
