12 year old Habitat resident qualifies for national track meet

Congrats to Rajer Gurode! Rajer, a 12 year old who lives in a Habitat home in Bryan, recently qualified to run the 100 meter dash at the Hershey Track & Field Games this Saturday! 

Her home is in the Angels Gate Subdivision in Bryan and was sponsored by the Circle of Women in 2011.

Rajer first competed at a local meet in Bryan where she qualified to run at the state meet in Round Rock. From there she was one of eight 11 and 12 year old girls in Texas to qualify for the national meet.

She will fly out to Hershey, PA, on Thursday, July 31.Rajer Gorude
